Milk Control Advisory Board, Museum Collections Advisory                       
Committee, Alaska Workers' Compensation Board, resource                        
development authorities, Board of Parole, railroad labor relations             
agency, Alaska School Activities Association, Steering Council for             
Alaska Lands, Rural Affairs Commission, Governor's Commission on               
the Involvement of Young People in Government, Yukon-Taiya                     
Commission, environmental advisory board, Alaska Gas Pipeline                  
Financing Authority, and Alaska Manpower Services Council; and                 
establishing regional resource development authorities; and providing          
for an effective date" was read the second time.                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 531(STA) am be advanced to third reading and                    
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
